This is a senior-level opportunity suited to a confident, self-sufficient lawyer with a strong background in family law and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You'll manage a diverse and complex caseload covering areas such as divorce, child law, adoption, surrogacy, cohabitation, and financial provision. Alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation, FLAGS arbitration, and collaborative law are actively supported. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a broad family law caseload. Provide strategic advice across all areas of family law, including complex and sensitive matters. Represent clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
