Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
* Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
* Change bed linens and towels
* Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
* Empty rubbish and dispose of waste properly
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
* Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards
Experience
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* To present properties to a high standard ready for guest arrival
Skills
* Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service
* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time
* Strong attention to detail
