Job title: Management Accounts Assistant\nJob Type: Contract\nIR35 Status: Inside IR35\nStart date: ASAP - Subject to vetting\nDuration: 12 Months\nPay rate: £18.84hr to £29.48hr PAYE or £25.86hr t0 £40.4hr DOE (£75 Travel & Subsistence can be claimed per day by any ASWs travelling outside commuting distance)\nLocation: Thurso, Scotland\nHybrid/Remote Working: Fully on site\nHours of work: 37 hours per week\n\nRole information:\n- Ability to support the finance function ensuring consistency in all areas. You should have a good understanding of team working principles, behaviours and dynamics and be able to collaborate with colleagues to initiate and implement best practice. Knowledge and understanding of U4BW or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system would be advantageous.\nQualifications/Experience Required \n- HNC in Accounting or equivalent qualification plus experience\n- Demonstrable experience in a finance role, managing and developing teams\n- Ability to analyse numerical data in a logical and accurate manner\n- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal\n- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team\n- Prepare and issue monthly reports/invoices and supporting documentation\n- Manage and reconcile accounts\n- Analyse transactions and reconciliations within the balance sheet and profit...
