What You'll Need Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen. A genuine passion for producing high‑quality, fresh, seasonal dishes. Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene. A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills. The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to service deadlines. Due to the rural location, access to a car is required.
