Chef de Partie - Hook
Salary: £36,000 (including tronc)
Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week across 4 days
Operation: 7‑day business - so flexible on days
Location: Rural (a car is essential)
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a fast‑paced, high‑quality kitchen in the Hook area. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fresh‑food environment and enjoys working with seasonal ingredients.
What You'll Need
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
A genuine passion for producing high‑quality, fresh, seasonal dishes.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to service deadlines.
Due to the rural location, access to a car is required.Interview Process
