As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on HR practices and policies, ensuring a supportive workplace for all staff. Your main responsibilities will include:
Advising on employee relations issues, from recruitment to retention
Supporting managers in performance management and staff development
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handling employee queries with a friendly and approachable attitude
Collaborating with various departments to foster a positive workplace culture
Keeping up-to-date with HR best practices and employment law
Who You Are:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to dive in and make a difference! The ideal candidate will have:
A solid background in HR, preferably within the education sector
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CIPD L3 (or equivalent) essential
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A cheerful disposition that brings energy to the workplace
