* Supportive, values-driven culture — join a team that truly cares about you and the people we serve.
* Continuous training and development with regular upskilling and professional growth opportunities.
* Mileage paid for community travel.
* Work for a reputable CQC-rated provider — be part of a trusted, growing organisation.

* Monitoring care quality and ensuring CQC compliance from day one.
* Supporting and mentoring our care team to help them thrive and grow.
* Sharing participation in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) to keep services running seamlessly.

You'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience in a care setting, ideally in domiciliary/community care.
* At least 1 year of care coordination experience.
* A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to achieve it).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Confidence using digital systems for scheduling and record keeping.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* A proactive, empathetic approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
