Bathroom Fitter – Mid Cornwall to Plymouth
Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to do disabled adaptations on social housing properties, your patch will be mid Cornwall up to the Plymouth area so you must be happy to do some travelling.
Permanent role £36,000 – 38,000 per annum, possible van and fuel card.
Bathroom Fitter Day to Day:
1. Planned maintenance work in social housing properties fitting wet rooms and bathrooms
2. You will ideally be able to do specialist floor laying – welded and have your own kit to do so
3. You need to be very competent in the whole process start to finish of ripping out and reinstalling a disabled adaptation.
4. Working alongside other trades when required
5. Travelling to various jobs
6. Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite
7. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Bathroom Fitter Requirements:
8. Extensive experience fitting wet rooms and bathrooms
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs
13. DBS will be carried out
