About the Role: As the Front of House Manager, you will be the primary visual and operational point of contact for our clients employees, their clients, and visitors. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience across all front-of-house services including reception, switchboard, room bookings, and event support. Your presence will set the tone for everyone entering the premises, embodying Restaurant Associates' values in your conduct, presentation, and service. Key Objectives: Act as the main point of contact for all front of house services: reception desks, switchboard, advanced bookings, and event bookings. Lead and motivate the FOH team to consistently deliver services to the highest standards. Liaise closely with events team to support the smooth running of meetings and events. Promote the company with professionalism, warmth, and integrity at all times. Core Responsibilities: Ensure flawless delivery of reception, hospitality, and visitor services. Oversee team performance and ensure all client SLAs are met or exceeded. Keep team members fully informed through clear communication and regular briefings. Maintain immaculate reception and meeting room areas, ensuring SOPs are followed. Provide operational reports and track visitor data and key service metrics. Be the first line of support for AV needs in meeting rooms and escalate issues as required. Support guest services such as Wi-Fi access, transport bookings, and more. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture that consistently exceeds expectations. Regularly monitor feedback and develop action plans to continuously improve. Respond proactively to the changing needs of internal and external customers. Health, Safety & Environment: Comply with all HSE policies and complete mandatory training. Lead by example in promoting a safe and secure environment for staff and guests. Ensure risk assessments and incident reporting procedures are followed correctly. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Front of House or Reception Management, ideally in a corporate or 5-star hospitality setting. A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor. A proactive mindset, able to think ahead and solve problems efficiently. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
