Requirements:
* Senior Lawyer / Senior Solicitor or Partner frustrated by equity contributions and looking to progress without becoming an equity partner
* Commercially minded with ability to spot opportunities to improve client service
* Ambitious and want to reach your potential. We offer work-life balance and support, but you'll want to progress your career whilst practicing family law
* Able to convert new clients and lead a range of complex finance and children cases
