This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong business development or employer engagement experience who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a difference to young peoples futures.
As a Work Experience Placement Officer, youll play a key role in securing and coordinating work placements for our students including T Level Industry Placements helping them to gain valuable real-world experience and progress into apprenticeships or employment. Youll also work closely with local employers, promoting the Colleges employability offer and supporting businesses to connect with emerging talent.
Were looking for someone who:
Holds a minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Has experience working with young people and employers to facilitate work placements or recruitment opportunities
Is an excellent communicator with strong organisational skil...
