You’re in the right place.In this role, you’ll be the data detective - digging into customer behaviour and commercial performance to uncover insights that actually make a difference. Whether it’s shaping trading updates or sparking ideas for future campaigns, your analysis will help steer decisions across marketing, commercial, and CRM teams - always ensuring we keep the customer at the heart of everything we do!
Responsibilities
1. Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends and performance to surface opportunities
2. Build engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI that bring data to life for stakeholders
3. Present insights and recommendations that drive decision making across the business
4. Support weekly trade reviews, showing how we performed, what’s coming up and where we can do things differently
5. Manage a variety of stakeholder requests, while helping the team shift towards more proactive, forward-looking analytics
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
6. Experience in customer or commercial analytics, ideally in retail or e-commerce
7. Strong SQL skills and confidence with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
8. A natural storyteller able to turn complex data into clear, engaging insights and recommendations
9. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
10. Someone curious, proactive and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
