We re looking for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist (EP) to join our expanding cardiology program. This is a chance to shape and grow our EP services, bringing advanced cardiac care closer to home. Our Cardiology Clinic
You ll be part of a collaborative team that includes a dedicated EP PA, a robust device clinic, and two EP labs equipped with Abbott EnSite mapping. The role offers balance with time in the EP lab, clinic, and inpatient rounding. Our program provides comprehensive services including pacemakers, ICDs, heart failure devices, Watchman, ablations (including complex), and device management.
What You ll Do
Perform a wide range of EP procedures, both elective and emergent
Provide outpatient clinic care and inpatient rounding
Optional: Read ECHOs and perform TEEs
Document care accurately and compliantly
Collaborate on policies, protocols, and quality initiatives
Build and maintain a referral base for EP services
Participate in multidisciplinary rounding and supervise an EP PA
Qualifications
MD from an accredited school of medicine
Current Oregon medical license and DEA
Fellowship training in Cardiology and Electrophysiology (ACGME/AOA)
ABIM or AOA Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiology (or within 5 years of fellowship completion)
Added Qualifications in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology or fellowship equivalent
Proven experience with at least 100 core cardiology procedures in the last 24 months
Moderate or Deep Sedation privileges; ACLS certified
Documentation of training, competency, and procedural logs required
