We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Communications Manager to join our team at Splendid Hospitality Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most diverse hospitality businesses.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and delivery of both internal and external corporate communications.
Your mission? To strengthen awareness of the Splendid brand, enhance our reputation across industries, and drive a meaningful, sustained uplift in employee engagement.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be crafting compelling narratives, managing a range of communication channels, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders—particularly across HR and the leadership team.
