You’ll work alongside internal software engineers and external development partners, helping to triage requests, manage technical priorities, assess feasibility and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
The environment is fast‑paced and highly varied, with a mixture of new product development, existing product improvements, software platform evolution, embedded and PC‑based applications, and hardware/software integration projects. You will also help translate business and customer requirements into clear technical deliverables for the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee software and digital development activities across multiple projects
* Work closely with software engineers to manage ticketing, backlog and development priorities
* Help define and refine technical requirements and specifications

What We're Looking For
* Strong background in software development or software engineering
* Previous experience leading projects, software delivery activities, backlogs or technical teams
* Experience working with ticketing/project management systems such as GitHub, Jira or similar
* Understanding of embedded systems, firmware, electronics or hardware/software integration
* Experience working within product development or engineering‑led environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across several live projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Problem‑solving mindset with good technical judgement
* Experience with C/C++ environments would be highly beneficial
