Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday PSA Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration and deployment of Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, programme teams and technical consultants to deliver scalable, efficient and user-focused PSA processes aligned to organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering workshops and business process design sessions
* Configure and optimise Workday PSA functionality, including:
* Project setup
* Resource management
* Project staffing
* Project costing
* Billing and revenue recognition
* Design and implement end-to-end professional services processes within Workday
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
* Support solution design, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities
* Collaborate with Finance, HR, Resource Management and PMO teams to ensure integrated solutions
* Provide guidance on Workday best practices and PSA process optimisation
* Support reporting, dashboards and analytics requirements
* Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer activities
* Assist with post go-live support, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Experience
* Proven experience delivering Workday PSA implementations or enhancements
* Strong understanding of Workday Professional Services Automation functionality
* Experience configuring:
* Project management
* Resource management
* Billing
* Project financials within Workday
* Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
* Knowledge of Workday security, reporting and business process configuration
* Experience supporting SIT, UAT and deployment activities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
Highly Desirable
* Workday certification in PSA, Financials or related modules
* Experience integrating PSA with:
* Workday Financial Management
* HCM
* Time Tracking
* Knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition and professional services operations
* Experience within consulting, technology, engineering or professional services organisations
* Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments
