About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and numerate Finance Graduate to join our Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core finance functions while studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA).
You will support day-to-day finance operations and contribute to ad-hoc projects, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily finance processes and month-end activities
* Support financial reporting and analysis
* Contribute to finance transformation and improvement projects
* Collaborate with wider finance teams across the business
* Learn and apply best practices in financial control and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* 2:2 degree in a relevant subject or Level 4 AAT qualification
* 3 A*-C A-Levels (or equivalent)
* GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
