Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and direct them to the relevant personnel
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Schedule appointments and liaise with secretaries and other members of staff
* Provide administrative support and relief typing to other departments as needed
Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Friendly and professional demeanour
* Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role would be a benefit
* Desirable to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) but training will be provided if needed
