Oversee 2-3 live projects, with values ranging from £110k to £3m. Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts. Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time. About the Role Office-based in Portsmouth. Most projects are located in London. Specialising in cladding, roofing, and scaffolding. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction. Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
