Responsibilities
* Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
* Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for the restaurant, events and weddings
* Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented brigade
Requirements / Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment
* High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards
* Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests
Details
* Employment type: Full-time
* Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days, with overtime paid and a share of the restaurant service charge (approximately £300+ per month)
