My client, a well known institution in Huddersfield are looking for a1st Line Support Engineerto join their team!
Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support via phone and email, resolving issues remotely.
* Maintain and support IT equipment, classroom technologies, and software deployments.
* Manage small IT projects and assist with procurement and system rollouts.
* Use tools like SCCM and Intune for imaging, updates, and device management.
* Support staff and students with IT use, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with teams, contribute to planning, and recommend tech improvements.
* Keep accurate records and ensure equipment security.
* Perform other duties as needed in line with the role.
