We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Soft FM services within a prestigious healthcare contract in South West London.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven background in healthcare Soft FM to take ownership of a high-profile contract and drive service excellence in a critical care environment.The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a multidisciplinary team, delivering a full range of Soft FM services including cleaning, catering, portering, waste management, switchboard, and retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional standard of service across all departments.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage, support and develop a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.- Service Delivery: Ensure all Soft FM services are delivered to the highest standard, in line with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trust - representatives, internal teams, and external partners.- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career development across your teams.- Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold health, safety and statutory compliance across all service areas.About You- Essential: Proven experience managing Soft FM services specifically within a healthcare environment. Experience within mental health hospital settings is highly advantageous.
