Corporate Reception Manager – Bristol

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly professional Reception Manager/Operations Support Manager to join a growing corporate business based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering a true 5-star service experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a reception/front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional standards across the office and supporting the wider business with day-to-day operational needs. We are particularly interested in candidates from either a corporate environment or a 5-star hospitality background who understand the importance of presentation, service excellence, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and leading a reception/front-of-house team of 6
2. Maintaining exceptional 5-star client service standards
3. Supporting the office with day-to-day operational requirements
4. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and visitors
5. Ensuring the office environment is professional, welcoming, and well organised
6. Providing leadership, support, and development to the team
7. Supporting additional UK offices with holiday cover when required
The Ideal Candidate:
8. Previous experience within corporate front-of-house, operations, office management, or luxury hospitality
9. Strong leadership and people management skills
10. Professional and highly client-focused
11. Experience working within fast-paced, high-standard environments
12. Flexible and willing to travel to other UK offices when required
13. Proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
