About the Role
As an Optical Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face our customers remember. You’ll support customers through their journey — from booking appointments to choosing frames and ensuring they leave happy and confident.
Your day will include:
* Welcoming and supporting customers
* Helping choose frames and lenses
* Pre-screening and clinical support
* Admin and appointment management
* Working closely with optometrists and the wider team
