Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate matters with a high degree of autonomy
Providing tailored advice to clients with a clear, empathetic approach
Drafting Wills, administering estates, setting up trusts, and offering tax-efficient solutions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and circumstances
Staying current with changes in Wills and Probate law to ensure the highest standards of legal advice
What We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor with experience in Wills and Probate law
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent client communication skills, with a compassionate approach
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
