As SENCO, you will play a key leadership role in shaping provision for pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they have the best possible support and opportunities to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the strategic development of SEND provision across the school. Work alongside teachers to ensure inclusive, high-quality teaching in every classroom. Coordinate assessments, support plans, interventions, and EHCP processes. Build strong partnerships with families and external agencies. Monitor, evaluate, and report on SEND progress and provision.We are looking for someone who: Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or is currently working towards it). Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent teaching experience in a primary setting. Understands the SEND Code of Practice and how it translates into effective school support. Can build strong relationships with pupils, families, staff, and professionals.
