Summary Position Summary Specific Responsibilities Include: Assess operational risk incidents using methods such as root cause analysis and consult with business to develop corrective action plans. Oversee implementation progress and conduct validation efforts as required. Coordinate with business and support partners for creation of Self-Disclosed issues in Issues Management system of record. Record losses in the system of record, as applicable. Identify Evidence Based Control Evaluation needs and collaborate with the business and EBCE team. Support the LOB RCSA Affirmation process and related feeder/governance meetings. Establish and update regular risk reports for communication of risk ratings, issues and key topics. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, technology, and internal controls. Essential Qualifications/Certification/Skills: 5-7 years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) University degree in Business, Finance or related discipline Strong Operational risk domain knowledge/experience Good communication Skills Strong written communication Attention to detail & critical deadlines Ability to organize & manage large book of issues/incidents with competing deadlines & priorities Sound knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Certification in Risk Management such as ORM/FRM/CISA is desirable Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
