Strategic Partnership: Become a trusted advisor to Depot Managers & Stakeholders. You aren't just a vendor; you are the person they turn to category growth and promotional planning. Data-Driven Growth: Use sophisticated market insights and sales data to identify the white space. You will pitch, negotiate, and close agreements that ensure Nestle products are always available and highly visible. High-Impact Activation: Lead high-energy activation days & trade events. You'll be the driving force behind the New Product Development (NPD) launches, securing secondary displays that stop customers in their tracks. The "Gold Standard" Audit: Excellence is in the execution. You will audit compliance, set up best-in-class displays. and use "before and after" reporting to showcase your impact to the wider business leadership. Territory Management: Navigate a diverse landscape including Depots, Cash & Carries, Multi-site retailers, and Virtual Warehouses.
