We’re currently working with a forward-thinking, values-led organisation based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a People & Culture Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied generalist role where you can make real impact across both operational HR and strategic people initiatives.

The Role
This is a newly created position that will suit someone who enjoys autonomy and variety. Sitting within a small People function, you'll lead on day-to-day HR operations while also driving key projects across employee engagement, development, and culture.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR queries and policy
* Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding
* Leading on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Supporting managers with employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
* Helping deliver projects across wellbeing, L&D, and diversity & inclusion
* Developing and maintaining HR policies, systems, and reporting
* Supporting talent acquisition and contributing to a consistent candidate experience
About You
* You’ll have solid HR generalist experience and be comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
* Confident navigating UK employment law and best practice
* Experienced in supporting or leading ER cases
* Naturally collaborative, with strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
* CIPD qualified or working towards (Level 5 desirable)
