Are you a strategic operator who lives at the intersection of culture, creators, and commerce? This Senior Influencer & Affiliate Lead role is your chance to shape how a major consumer brand shows up through creators, social commerce, and advocacy programmes across the UK.
You'll lead the influencer and affiliate ecosystem end-to-end - overseeing two specialist reports, ensuring agency excellence, elevating creator partnerships, and driving measurable commercial impact across social platforms.
What you'll own
1. Manage the overarching influencer, affiliate, and social-commerce strategy for the brand.
2. Lead and mentor two direct reports across influencer activity and affiliate-led creator commerce.
3. Oversee agencies across influencer, affiliate, and creator management - ensuring outstanding delivery, clear objectives, and platform-best practice.
