In this Regional Venue Booking Agent Role, you will be travelling to and visiting all the Major supermarkets in your region E.g. Tesco, Sainsburys, ASDA, M&S, Waitrose, Aldi, LIDL to name but a few. You will also be visiting all Garden Centres and Retail stores where we feel our reps can raise awareness for THE FREE WILL CAMPAIGN. You will speak to and build relationships with Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Duty managers day, after day.
You will be working for WILLS AND LEGAL SERVICES on behalf of our charity partners for The Free Will Campaign. We will train you with all the knowledge needed to speak passionately and accurately about the Free Will campaign and the awareness work our reps provide. We have representatives across the United Kingdom raising awareness in supermarkets everyday with their banners and Pamphlet cards, it will be YOUR job to ensure the reps in your Region are in the highest footfall venues possible through FACE TO FACE repour building.

Wills and Legal Services is a National Specialist Paralegal law firm; we are trusted by over 120,000 families to protect their loved one’s future through our Will writing programme. We run a FREE WILL CAMPAIGN in Stores up and down the United Kingdom where we raise awareness to the public through a face-to-face approach and inform them, we can write their will OR re-write their will FREE of charge in Exchange for a donation to one of our Charity Partners County Air Ambulance Trust, MIND and Action For Children,
Your day will consist of visiting 10 stores + each day to book dates, of which are required for the reps in your area. You Will closely with your line Manager “The Regional Marketing Manager” of your region and work extremely closely with our Head Office bookers who look after the diaries for the reps in your area. Working as an effective small team efficiently book your reps into the best venues possible with the correct footfall required for them to achieve maximum awareness.
This Job is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No weekends, no evenings and No Bank holidays shall be worked. A perfect work-Life balance 40 hour working week. We pride ourselves on a work, life balance.
You must be an effective communicator, able to follow precise instructions and most of all have a chiasmatic approach to the role. If you are:
