About Our Client

This organisation is one of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft seats, for both crew and passengers. 1 million Safran Seats-manufactured aircraft seats are currently in service with air fleets around the world.

Job Description

3. Coordinate and oversee HR-related projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
6. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
7. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them effectively.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

10. Relevant experience in project coordination, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
11. Strong organisational and time management skills.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
14. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
