We’re working with a fast-growing food and beverage company on the brink of major expansion. They’ve invested in their site and strengthened the foundations, now they need someone to elevate the business further, improving processes, scaling operations, and driving compliance.
This is a hands-on, pivotal role. You’ll lead a team of 7, work closely with senior leadership, and play a central part in shaping the future of the business.
The Role:
* Lead and develop a team of 7 direct reports, setting and maintaining the highest technical and quality standards.
* Improve and optimise the site to meet BRC and major retailer requirements.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to make sure technical and commercial goals are aligned.
* Drive projects, manage timelines, and deliver solutions to operational challenges.
* Build scalable systems and processes that can grow with the business.
* Be the go-to person for technical matters with major grocery retailers.

* Proven experience scaling a food or beverage business to grocery retail standards.
* Strong experience working with the Top 6 grocers.
* A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
* Analytical, detail-focused, and data-driven.
