We are seeking an additional Kitchen / Catering Assistant who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people. Working with the Cook and the wider catering team, you will ensure the smooth running of all kitchen processes, including creating menus, plating, and arranging trollies, while ensuring each resident feels supported and cared for with high-quality support.
You will be involved in practical duties typical of a busy care home kitchen, with a focus on being mindful of residents' religious and cultural backgrounds to tailor meal choices and provide personalised service. As the link between the kitchen and serving areas, you will be responsible for caring for residents, ensuring mealtimes are enjoyable and meet individual needs.
