As a rapidly scaling SaaS business growing at 30% annually we are looking to add a Senior Sales Operations Manager with a proven background/specialism in Salesforce to facilitate and deliver a best in Class Sales Operations infrastructure and team. As a Senior Sales Operations Manager at MetaCompliance, you will be an expert in your field, working hand in hand with the senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance teams to produce and maintain a stable sales platform upon which insightful BI can be generated. You will play a crucial role in aligning and coordinating these functions and optimising our existing Sales Operations team by leading by example and helping develop an incredibly talented team.. Responsibilities Work with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing functions to align and optimise our core business systems (Sales Force, Gong, Client Success, Pardot etc) Assist and manage the existing team members (x3 Team Members) to execute all steps of MetaCompliance's Go-to-Market strategy (market segmentation, headcount planning, implementation of sales territories, quota setting). Assess and streamline our existing reporting suite, ensuring our existing data suite is fit for business, and thereafter evolve reporting along with delivering adhoc analysis to meet requests from key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer & Finance. Desired Skills/Experience At MetaCompliance, from the C-Suite to the junior managers, we take ownership of every aspect of our roles and teams, in turn whilst this is a managerial position the successful candidate must be as comfortable in the detail as at the board room table Salesforce Admin certified - Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and reporting, other add on tools such as Client Success, Gong, and Power BI would be advantageous along with core skills over Excel. 2 years managing / building a similar function or having grown at scale with a fast paced SaaS/Tech Business Fluency in English is required, understanding of working across other European/International Territories also desirable Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Building bespoke dashboards and using the data to help drive key decisions. An outgoing, open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop.
