This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working. As a Sales Advisor - New Homes, you will be support the Sales Manager in delivering the shared ownership new build programme, taking ownership of the development from sales preparation through to sales completion. Responsible for creating and delivering a sales programme for each development from start on site to sales completion. You’ll be the reference point for all potential purchasers from first point of contact through to sales completion. You’ll proactively seek purchasers and follow up leads, to ensure sales are secured. Throughout the customer journey, providing outstanding customer service by conducting regular property inspections, collaborating with various departments and effectively enhancing our brand image through proactive marketing of our properties to support the Flagship Homes brand. You’ll need experience of working within a customer facing environment and to be passionate about delivering outstanding service. With strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to influence others. Able to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your work loads. You’ll need to be competent in Microsoft Applications. Educated to GCSE Maths and English grade C or above. A recognised Sales Qualification, such as NFoPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property is desirable but not essential. You’ll also need a full valid driving license.
