Position: CRM and Social Media Manager
Location: Central London (office-based), hybrid, or home-based options available
Company: Luxury Tour Operator
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus great bonus and benefits
Role Overview:
* Manage the company's email programme and social media activity
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing
* Define and develop organic social media content strategy
* Monitor and report on KPIs
Required Skills and Experience:
* CRM and social media management experience within the travel industry, preferably luxury travel
* Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
* Strong analytical skills
