Working with children and young people aged 3 19 who have severe and complex needs, you ll become part of a dedicated team that transforms lives supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, physical impairments, and behavioural or emotional challenges.

Your Role
You won t just be assisting you ll be inspiring, empowering, and celebrating progress every day. You ll work side by side with skilled educators to:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Implement personalised learning strategies
* Help maintain a calm, safe classroom
* Be a constant source of encouragement and support for pupils

* Experienced in working with vulnerable young people or pupils with SEND
* Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in the face of challenges
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
