Job Description:
Premier Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Care Service Manager for a full-time, permanent position with a well-established care company specializing in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism in Ashford.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring effective resource use and high-quality service provision.
* Work with the Service Development Team on resident assessments and transitions.
* Ensure support plans are personalized, regularly reviewed, and aligned with residents' needs and aspirations.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and National Minimum Standards.
* Create a safe environment that promotes personal development.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to minimize risks.
* Maintain residents' health and support contract monitoring with management reports.
* Liaise professionally with external agencies.
* Support recruitment and staffing strategies, assisting in policy development.
