What you'll be doing:
You'll be the engine behind our sales team, supporting Account Managers and Directors to keep things running smoothly. Expect to:
Create accurate quotes and process orders across our product range (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Security)
Manage customer accounts and CRM updates (we use Zoho).
Build relationships with customers and help spot upsell opportunities.
Handle invoice queries, schedule meetings, and support retention efforts.
Cover accounts when Account Managers are out of office.
Join vendor training and occasionally make outbound calls to promote offers.
What success looks like:
You'll be a trusted partner to our sales team and customers
You'll hit KPIs around quoting speed, pipeline contribution, and customer satisfaction
You'll help protect revenue and drive growth
You'll be on a clear path to progress within our sales structure
As you develop and grow in the role, you'll eventually take ownership of your own customer accounts. At that point, you'll move onto a commission plan - rewarding your impact and contribution to the business.

Has the ability to pass BPSS clearance checks
