Join us as an IT Procurement and Process Analyst, where you'll manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and IT budgeting. Our established client serves customers in the Marine, Energy, and Corporate sectors, with an understanding of their unique travel requirements.
Role Profile:
In this role, you'll collaborate with IT on procurement, ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001, and maintain the IT Knowledge Base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with IT on procurement, ensuring ERP system tracks quotes, invoicing, PO creation, and goods receipt.
* Understand procurement principles, contract administration, and licensing.
* Manage interfaces between supplier management.
* Excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* IT supplier processes comply with corporate governance requirements.
* Maintain IT supplier and contract data.
* Ensure IT contracts comply with GDPR and ISO 27001.
* Manage IT purchasing within budget
Essential Criteria:
* HNC/HND or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in an IT-related procurement/administration (would be advantageous).
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
* Experience in IT-related procurement and administration (advantageous)
Desirable Criteria:
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Supplier engagement/management experience
* ITIL v4 is beneficial but not essential
