Lead and manage daily retail operations to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize store productivity through effective inventory control, staff management, and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
* Lead daily retail operations to deliver consistent service quality and improve operational efficiency aligned with business goals
* Analyze sales data to develop and implement targeted strategies that achieve or exceed sales performance objectives
* Elevate customer experience standards by applying feedback and best practices to increase satisfaction and foster loyalty
* Oversee inventory planning and stock accuracy to ensure timely replenishment and minimize shrinkage
* Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting to support strategic business objectives
* Coordinate merchandising standards, promotional activities, and in-store execution to maximize product visibility and sales impact
* Monitor sales data and operational KPIs, applying basic financial controls to inform effective decision-making
* Support digital marketing initiatives and online engagement efforts to broaden customer reach and drive sales growth
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements to uphold operational integrity
* Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluation to build a motivated, high-performing team
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers to maintain smooth and efficient supply chain operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Ability to communicate in Burmese to support customer engagement in relevant markets is preferred
* Demonstrate independence, accountability, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
* Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
