Salary: £53,755 – £60,504 a year

Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your clinical career? We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join a new state of the hospital based in West Birmingham.

Role overview:
As an ACP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients across various settings. You will contribute to the development of services, mentor junior staff and enhance clinical practice through evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients
* Develop and implement effective treatment and management plans
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
* Supervise and support junior colleagues and trainees
* Contribute to service development and clinical governance.
Requirements:
* NMC registered nurse
* A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Clinical experience in acute or primary care settings
* Strong decision-making, leadership and problem-solving skills
