Client Success Manager

Helping organisations make smarter hiring and development decisions, this company is known for its market-leading talent assessment solutions.

They're now looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure clients see real, lasting impact from their tools and insights.

Role Overview:

* Location:
Hybrid/New Malden, Greater London (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
* Package:
£50,000- £70,000pa, Annual Bonus & Benefits
* Industry:
SAAS

What You'll Be Doing:

* Build trusted relationships with clients while driving measurable results, not just activity.
* Guide HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D leaders to new ways of working that deliver real outcomes.
* Spot commercial opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow accounts.
* Anticipate client needs and proactively reduce churn risk before it arises.
* Drive adoption, influence behaviours, and ensure solutions are fully embedded.
* Identify and empower client champions to increase internal and external referrals.
* Feed valuable client feedback into product teams to shape future roadmaps.

Main Skills Needed:

* 3–5 years in client success, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR tech or assessment.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify where value can be created.
* Confident working across tech platforms, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
* Experience engaging HR, Talent Acquisition or L&D stakeholders would be preferred.
* CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
* Curious, consultative, collaborative and driven personality.
