R&D Senior Scientist

What you will do
5. Plan and execute studies in support of technology or process development projects
6. Independently manage high-throughput (HTP) purification workflows and troubleshoot equipment
7. Organize, curate, and analyze large datasets from primary recovery and purification studies
8. Author high-quality technical reports and publications, providing scientifically supported conclusions
9. Contribute to the assessment and implementation of emerging purification technologies
10. Maintain laboratory organization, ensure data integrity, and comply with cGxP and safety standards
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Analytical, HTP Automation, Bioinformatics, and Purification Operations
What we are looking for
12. BSc or BEng in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (MSc/PhD preferred)
13. Business fluent in English
14. Advanced laboratory experience in DSP unit operations, including chromatography method development, scale-up, and process optimization
15. Proven ability to troubleshoot purification equipment and apply analytical data for process decisions
16. Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate concepts into practical applications
17. Experience in authoring SOPs, technical reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
18. Demonstrated collaboration, agility, customer focus, and results-driven behavior
