We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team in Technical Metals Limited. Located in the UK, this role is crucial for ensuring that production schedules align with customer demands and operational capabilities, contributing directly to our mission of delivering quality products on time.
Technical Metals Ltd, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a proactive Inspection & Scheduling Supervisor to play a critical role in driving production efficiency, quality control, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules.
* Supervise inspection of aerospace components to AS9100 and customer standards.
* Coordinate across Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to meet deadlines.
* Lead and support workforce planning, training, and compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, efficiency, and performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in production scheduling or inspection within aerospace/manufacturing.
* Strong people management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Lean principles.
* A hands-on, collaborative leader who can solve problems quickly.
