Adults Social Work Position
* Full-time position (37 hours), but open to considering 29.6 hours (4 days) for suitable candidates.
* Role involves working in accordance with the Social Service and Well Being Act.
* Responsibilities include conducting integrated assessments, mental capacity assessments, reviews, providing support to unqualified staff, and offering community/hospital support.
* Working with adults aged 18 and over with physical disability and/or mental health diagnosis.
* Fast-paced work environment requiring effective diary management skills.
* Candidates must be able to provide adequate references at the interview stage.
* Seeking a valuable addition to the team.
* Registration in Wales is a must for this role.
* Prior adult experience and readiness to handle cases immediately are essential.
* Must have references available for review if called for an interview.
* Ability to answer basic questions during the interview, including knowledge of relevant legislation, is required.
* Location: Mardy Park resource centre, Monday to Friday.
