Job Title: SHE Advisor (6‑month Fixed Term Contract). Location: Bradford, England (commutable from Wakefield, Leeds, Batley, Birstall, Huddersfield and Halifax). Salary: £38,000‑£40,000 per annum (DOE) plus pension and 25 days paid holiday.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyse DWB (Days Without Breach/Incident) data to identify trends, emerging risks, and areas requiring intervention.
* Produce clear, accurate reports and dashboards to support informed decision making.
* Lead and support SHE improvement initiatives, ensuring actions are tracked, completed, and embedded into operational practice.
* Work collaboratively with teams to strengthen SHE culture and promote best practice.
* Conduct regular SHE inspections across operational areas, identifying hazards and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
* Support internal audits and compliance checks in line with legal requirements and company standards.
* Prepare and present SHE performance statistics and updates to management.
* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and SHE reporting systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* NEBOSH Certified (or equivalent recognised SHE qualification).
* Experience in SHE data management, inspections, and reporting.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Confidence using digital tools for analysis and reporting.
