Befriending Facilitator £15,420.60 Pro Rata Part Time - 22.5 hours Birmingham Home & Hybrid Options Our client is recruiting a Befriending Facilitator to join a key project aimed at tackling isolation for older adults living in care home settings. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.
