Due to continued success, we are now seeking a resilient Client Experience Liaison to join the team.

The Role Involves

* Managing client feedback effectively to address concerns and improve service quality
* Conducting courtesy calls to maintain positive relationships with clients and gather valuable feedback
* Processing client survey forms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
* Assisting with disengagements in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure a smooth transition for clients
* Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
