We're now looking for a Warehouse Administrator
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* On a daily and weekly basis follow up, investigate and feedback on customer complaints using appropriate CI tools to identify root cause
* Pareto re-current issues and work with leadership team, colleagues nd customer to develop appropriate training material and process improvements to prevent re-occurences.
* support the Warehouse Operations/ inventory teams to ensure that investigation, feedback and actions are completed within SLA timeframe.
* Develop training materials with Quality/ inventory managers following identified issues through working with colleagues/ customer to identify the best known way. (E.G. WI development with Process leaders/ colleagues)
* Co ordinate training/ retraining activities for leadership in terms of feedback from identfied quality issues
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous Warehouse Administration Experience
* Operational Knowledge
* Experience with Manhattan WMS would be desirable
* IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel.
